Curriculum
Leadership Development, Ethics and Values
Course Objectives
The objectives of this course are to identify attributes that students will require as leaders when creating and innovating societies, and to seek a methodology that develops these attributes effectively. Leadership cannot be developed overnight nor is there a magical potion to grant it. Rather, students should acquire the necessary skills through their own daily challenges and achievements. This course thus aims to help students define their own ideal image of a leader, understand their current situation, and create a guideline to developing the skills and mindset that they will require as a leader, by offering ideas on self-development methodologies that direct the students to that ideal image.
