Global Leader's Mind-set and Skill-set


Course Objectives

Grounded in the fundamentals of global management, the aim of this course is to help students acquire the mindset and skill set to be able to act as leaders in a global business setting. Further to management tactics and fundamentals that students already have studied, the course raises awareness of issues in overseas business and international business, in particular, and teaches hands-on responses to the issues.
