Quantitative Analysis for Business


Course Objectives

This course has the following objectives.

・ Understand the principles and methods of basic quantitative analysis, which are necessary for managers.

・ Gain the ability to use quantitative analysis to facilitate decision-making in practical business settings, such as in business planning or creating proposals.

On Day 1, we will learn about the significance of quantitative analysis, as well as its processes. From Day 2 onwards, we will study various concepts and methods of analysis that will allow us to process and interpret data, as well as methods to predict the future and make decisions. We will learn these skills through exercises that deal with real world business examples. On Day 4, we will work on an integrated exercise in which we will use the techniques we have learned, and you will be able to review the previous lessons.
