Strategic Reorganization


Course Objectives

This course is designed for those who are in middle to top management positions and will be involved in critical decision-making at their own company or business unit. The course aims to develop skills in overcoming decline in mid to long-term profitability as well as working through short-term sustainability issues through the understanding of the following three points: 1) what to look for in specifying problems, 2) how to identify the purpose and direction of reorganization, and 3) how to realize reorganization plans.

Students who are, and aspire to be, consultants or reorganization professionlas who spport such activities are also welcome.
