Venture Management


Course Objectives

A venture business succeeds by passing through various stages of growth, starting with the formulation of a business plan. This course is designed to enable students to re-live the experiences of actual business managers at various stages in their growth of their companies. The ultimate goals of the course are as follows: to understand what is required to lead a venture business to success; to become proficient in the practical business management of a venture company; and to prepare to work for a venture company as a management team member based on the learning acquired during this course.

This course is intended for those who are likely to be involved in the management of venture businesses or new businesses, and those who intend to exercise leadership in their future careers.
