Venture Strategy


Course Objectives

Students will learn how to formulate strategies specific to the establishment of venture companies and start-up businesses, as well as how to discovering entrepreneurial opportunities and formulate a growth strategy in light of the persistent gap between resources and reality. Students will receive lectures from entrepreneurs and venture capitalists who will present methods of establishing business models based on their own experience. Students will also engage in the creation of business models by simulating a business start-up in their groups.
