Recommended Course Plan and Preliminary Courses
Some of the core and advanced MBA courses are designed based on the assumption that the students have already acquired a certain level of knowledge and skills. Before registering for these courses, please make sure that you have completed the recommended preliminary courses or have certain skills equivalent to the knowledge acquired by taking these courses.
Recommended Order of Courses
If you feel a lack of basic knowledge of the course subject, we recommend that you start from essentials courses. If you already know about the basics of the subject or have confidence based on your work experience, you may start from the core courses. Please refer to the course descriptions on the Course Search page of the MBA website, course syllabus when choosing your course. (You can also see the actual course materials at an open campus or by individual consultation.) We strongly recommend that you take “Critical Thinking” in the early stages since it helps develop basic ways of thinking. You will be able to learn more effectively when proceeding to the courses that use the case method. Basic knowledge of the subject and its frameworks are strictly required when taking the advanced accounting and finance-related courses. Please utilize the chart below to plan your course registration.
