Faculty Message:

"The goal of corporate strategy is the creation of a sustainable competetive advantage. The key driver behind successful strategies is uniqueness. However, research shows that the large majority of companies who have attained a unique position in the market loses it within a decade. They have a superior strategy, but they don't execute it well. The course STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATION examines the success factors of overcoming organizational resistance to strategic change. Based on case studies from a broad range of industries and reflections on individual experiences with strategic leadership, the class prepares you to effectively leading change in your organization.
