In this course, “Organizational Behavior and Leadership” is defined as the “approach” an individual person (often a leader) takes to lead members toward organizational goals that are aligned with corporate strategy. The purpose of this course is to help students develop the leadership skills they need to be more effective in the practical business world. In this course, students will:
– Learn key frameworks and their applications enabling them to grow into leaders that can cope better with the increasingly rapid changes taking place in today’s business environment – Look back on their own professional careers and apply key lessons learned to their actual workplace – Explore and analyze operating conditions, business characteristics, and other factors related to management strategies – Study the themes of Leadership, Empowerment, Group Management, Change Management, Leadership and Organizations that Encourage Innovation and Fostering an Ideal Corporate Culture.
This course is intended for all students who aspire to improve their leadership ability and their capacity to adapt to environmental changes.
