To execute a business strategy, it is essential to break down the business into its constituent elements and construct a more concrete business framework (i.e., a business model).
In this course, students will learn elements that constitute the elements of a business model, the characteristics of technovate-driven business models—such as platform businesses, XaaS, freemium models, and co-creation—that serve as powerful growth engines in the era of digital competition, and the underlying principles of business economics, ecosystems, and customer dynamics. Through this process, you will learn the thought processes required to construct business models by utilizing and combining these elements, key points to consider when evaluating each element, the dilemmas and challenges encountered during implementation, and the essential strategies for overcoming them.
This course is designed for those who want to develop their ability to create innovative business models or to implement and promote the transformation of existing business models.
