Creativity and Organization Management

Course Objectives

Leaders are expected to bring out the creativity of their companies, NPOs, or other organizations, and
to link that creativity to the achievement of organizational goals to ensure that their organizations keep
generating new value and sustain growth. In this specialized course under the Creation discipline,
students will study the type of organizational leadership people need to provide, and the mechanisms
and organizations they should build to shape an environment in which they can exercise their
creativity and apply it to achieve the organization’s goals.

At GLOBIS, Mr. Toda is involved in faculty recruitement and development as well as teaching in the GLOBIS Management School and GLOBIS University.
