At this interactive seminar, GLOBIS University Dean Tomoya Nakamura, who has co-authored a book on how the GLOBIS MBA helps students develop their personal mission (commonly referred to as kokorozashi (志) in Japanese), will share the importance of living with a purpose, how having a personal mission will lead to being a more effective business leader and the strategies outlined in his book.
