The topic of the Trial Class will be Leadership. How can we become more effective leaders? Participants in this trial class will discover the importance of emotions in business, and how their effective management is a key step toward better organizational leadership. Using case studies that reveal surprising insights from real Japanese businesses, lecturer Tadahiro Wakasugi will facilitate interactive and practical discussions.
