Adam has worked in the education sector for over 20 years engaged in content management, business development, strategy planning, L&D, operations, and marketing during this time. At GLOBIS Adam manages two teams, the global business development team and the global content development team for digital services. He also lecturers about leadership and organizational behavior. His specializations include leadership development and theory, L&D, team development and globalization, and cross-cultural management.
