Wijitapar “On” Marome has over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing across several industries including recruitment, logistics, education, and hospitality. A seasoned entrepreneur, On successfully launched and scaled five companies, ranging from SMEs to international ventures, with several being acquired by global firms.
Currently, On is head of business development at GLOBIS University, where she oversees expansion strategies in Japan and overseas for the English MBA programs. In this role, she helped to launch GLOBIS Thailand and GLOBIS Manila—GLOBIS’s hub campuses—serving as a board director for both companies. On’s skilled market penetration experience through B2B and B2C channels, particularly via digital marketing, allowed her to tailor business education solutions to meet local market needs.
