Why do some leaders inspire lasting trust — while others rely on authority?
In this online seminar, you’ll explore how compassion can become a source of strength in leadership. Through examples from long-standing Japanese companies, you’ll learn how empathy and purpose can shape organizations that grow stronger from within — where people feel trusted, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
The seminar will be led by Dr. Tadahiro Wakasugi, Senior Faculty Director and Professor at GLOBIS University, whose work focuses on leadership development and compassion in organizations.
