Ms. Hostrop has over 15 years international management experience in marketing/advertising, internet/digital, and strategy consulting. She understands the needs of global business, has operational experience and has proven entrepreneurial success in growing companies in Japan. She has worked with a wide range of major companies including Avon, AIG, WPP, Coca-Cola, Schick, Volvo, Dell, IBM and P&G as well as internet start-ups. She is currently working with company turnarounds as well as developing new ventures.
