Frederic Peyrot is CEO at Altera Consulting, a digital transformation consultancy helping organizations build and enhance their technology capabilities.
Before Altera Consulting, Frederic occupied many executive roles in the fields of product management and innovation. Previously, Frederic worked in HR-Tech, first as Managing Director of an innovation lab for one of Japan’s top HR companies, and then as Head of Technology and Innovation at BRS, part of the Persol group, Asia’s leading recruitment company. Before that, he oversaw the development of smart building solutions at Orange Labs Tokyo.
Frederic is also deeply involved in the startup ecosystem as an angel investor and advisor.
