Mr. Yoshino has been teaching at GLOBIS University for over 10 years and has extensive expertise teaching leadership development, organizational development, and management philosophy. Mr. Yoshino currently manages the overseas business at Progate Inc.

Before joining Progate in 2020, Mr. Yoshino was a manager at the Career, Alumni Relations and Events Office at GLOBIS University. He joined GLOBIS in 2007 where he was involved in the launch of the Part-time MBA program in English in 2009, the launch of the Full-time MBA program in 2012, and the launch of GLOBIS Asia Campus (Pre-MBA courses) in 2019. He also created the Corporate Mentorship Program to facilitate collaboration between GLOBIS University and more than 100 corporate partners.

Mr. Yoshino’s professional experience includes working at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), where he worked on a large variety of global health care projects with international organizations. He then moved to a human resource assessment firm where he deepened his specialty in the area of leadership and organizational development.

By joining our course, you'll learn the basic frameworks and the necessary mindset required as a leader, to lead your people and organization in a variety of circumstances. You'll also learn the basic expectations that will be required of you as a leader and have opportunities to consider how you can lead in your own way.
