Biography:
Shigeo Kashijuku serves as Managing Director in the M&A and Private Equity practice of a management consulting firm. He has more than 16 years of strategy consulting experience and has worked in a wide range of industries. His expertise covers a series of mergers and acquisitions from strategy, business and IT due diligence, valuation, deal negotiation, synergy planning to executing integration.
He was based in Singapore and Beijing for 6 years to support cross-border deals, and after coming back to Tokyo he has focused on digital M&A and supporting corporate venture capital to acquire digital technology capabilities.
