Takuro Kajiya serves as representative director at Calfields Corporation, representative director at Rightaway Corporation, and as co-chairman of Newjoy. He also spent time at General Electric Japan.
Takuro is also involved in breeding Japanese Black cattle in Kagoshima Prefecture, operates a barbecue restaurant in Miyagi Prefecture, and works with the production and sale of Akitakomachi rice in Akita Prefecture. He serves as an outside director of the Bonten Group, a restaurant management firm; representative director of HAY, an NPO revitalizing abandoned farmland in Japan; and director of the NPO Asuenokibou Venture for Japan, supporting entrepreneurship. He is also a trustee of Tokiwagi Gakuen School and an advisor to Datcha Capital, a fund specializing in regional development.
Takuro joined GLOBIS to launch and manage the Sendai Campus, where he oversaw the education of approximately 1,000 MBA students over the course of ten years. He was also in charge of the Fukuoka Campus before assuming his current position as a lecturer of leadership development at GLOBIS University.
