Yu Kan is a Japanese native with extensive experience building and executing strategies across various industries. He specializes in crafting business models to effectively transform organizations to be more agile in a digital age. He currently serves as the director of business development, strategy, and PMO at Adidas Japan, where he leads initiatives to transform the core business model to be more agile and tailored to shifting consumer needs.

Prior to his current role, Yu cofounded a tech startup in Tokyo and held various digital and managerial positions at Uniqlo, Orix, P&G, and Panasonic. He holds an MBA from GLOBIS University, graduating with the Award for Academic Excellence in 2020.

At GLOBIS University, he now teaches Essentials of Marketing and Strategy.
