GLOBIS University held its graduation ceremony for the 14th graduating class of the English Part-time & Online MBA Program on November 24. The event, held both online and in-person at GLOBIS Hall, celebrated 73 graduates from 22 different countries around the world: Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Republic of Korea, Russia, Thailand, the United States, and Vietnam.

GLOBIS University President and Founder Yoshito Hori sent the new leaders off into their future with the advice to continue the pursuit for their personal mission:

A sense of mission comes from the pursuit of asking “why are we born? how shall we use our lives for?”
Takamori Saigo mentioned that he had “no greed for money, fame, or power”. If you get rid of those kinds of greed for money, fame, or power, your true meaning in life will emerge.
The tremendous power will arise from within, if you know the true meaning of your lives.

Academic Excellent Award Recipient Nikolas Haidamous from the US shared about his belief in the importance of education;

As Nelson Mandela said, ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.’ In a time of crisis, I chose to invest in my future, and I know many of you did the same. Today, as GLOBIS graduates, we stand as visionary leaders ready to innovate and build a better society!

Miki Izumi from Japan, ad representative of the GLOBIS student community, spoke about what she has learned from the program beyond earning her degree.;

Today, we don’t just graduate with an MBA. Over the past two years, aside from earning an MBA, I have gained several invaluable things: a foundation of versatile knowledge, the strength to pivot my career, and an incredible network of connections. No one can deny that, through this MBA experience, we’ve developed the wisdom to apply our knowledge in any circumstance.

We wish all graduates every success in their future endeavors!
