Students Learn About Japanese Culture and Business at the Japan MBA Experience (JMEx)

Every year, GLOBIS University welcomes its newest English MBA cohort with a special program to help them learn more about Japanese culture and businesses. This year, 37 participants from both the Full-time and Part-time & Online MBA programs joined the 3-day program. From September 4th to 6th, the students experienced a variety of lectures, cultural activities, and a company visit.

Course Overview

The Japan MBA Experience is an immersive three-day course crafted to introduce the unique culture, management practices, and innovation in Japan to GLOBIS MBA students. While primarily targeted at newly and currently enrolled international students coming from abroad, even Japanese and international students who are already residents in Japan have found this course to be beneficial.

We want to thank all of the lecturers, guest speakers and especially Meiji Shrine and Kimuraya for providing this special experience to our new cohort. For many students it is their first time in Japan, and with JMEx they are provided a first glimpse of their life in Japan and journey at GLOBIS.
