Mr. Okura has extensive experience as a finance professional in Software industry. He is currently Finance Director for Asia Pacific & Japan at Automation Anywhere, managing regional operations from all financial aspects. Prior to that, he worked at Salesforce and most recently was Head of Finance & Strategy team for Japan and Korea, leading long range planning, budgeting and forecasting. Before joining Salesforce, he had worked at SAP where he experienced various finance functions such as commercial finance and revenue recognition.
Mr. Takebayashi was trained as a US CPA and was engaged in M&A due diligence and advisory work at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and subsequently worked in various Finance functions at General Electric, including Commercial Finance, Controllership, FP&A, and Internal Audit. After obtaining his MBA from INSEAD in 2017, Mr. Takebayashi worked for McKinsey & Company NY office as a strategic consultant in the Finance industry. After returning to Japan, he has worked as the Vice President & COO for Kate Spade Japan and is currently the CEO for Bottega Veneta Japan & Guam.

Dr Anne Stenros, architect SAFA is a thought leader on strategic design, creative leadership and strategic foresight. She has acted as a Managing Director of Design Forum Finland and the Executive Director of Hong Kong Design Centre.
Dr. David Malkin is an AI Architect at Cogent Labs Tokyo. Dr. Malkin joined Cogent Labs in the early days of the company in 2015. Now he works both on research and business development.

Graduated from Tokyo University with a B.A. of Law, and Yale School of Management with an MBA, Arata Ikeda started his marketing career at P&G. He later became head of marketing at Japanese sports brand ASICS, leading its first global brand campaign and store opening in Tokyo. Afterward, he became managing director at the ASICS Australian subsidiary, and then head of Global Apparel Division.
Mr. Ikeda has been Japan head of Cannondale, an American bicycle brand, since 2013. He is now a faculty member of GLOBIS, teaching marketing, strategy, and globalization of Asian companies.

She currently works as a Creative Consultant with JCE Japan Creative Enterprise, overseeing projects ranging from Inbound/Outbound Tourism to Talent Engagement, HR Strategy as well as Creativity.
