At least one month before the start of the Part-time & Online MBA program or Full-time MBA program, you must attend a pre-training career consultation. To schedule a consultation, please contact the Hello Work branch which has jurisdiction over your home address. If you require an English-language consultation, please contact Hello Work as soon as possible. It may take some time for HelloWork to arrange a consultation with an English-speaking staff member.

File the Application with the GLOBIS Student Services Office via the Virtual Campus after you complete the application at Hello Work.
Filing during enrollment with Hello Work (every 6 months) Upon enrollment, you need to file an application for the benefits with Hello Work one month before the end of each six-month period (payment unit period). By filing the application, 50% of your net tuition payment for the period will be paid to you as benefits (up to 400,000 JPY per year).

You may file an application with Hello Work in order to receive additional payment. You must file within one month following the day you complete the program.
Applicants who have obtained the degree subject to their benefits and are employed as insured workers within one year following the day of their completion of the program are eligible for the additional payment. Applicants already employed as insured workers at the time of completion of the program must file an application within one month following the day they complete the program.
