GLOBIS MBA classes are structured in a way that really facilitates interactive conversations. This helps build confidence and courage to communicate in a professional setting–which is something I really wanted to work on, especially my communication and thought articulation.

Surrounding yourself with people who are passionate, kind, and good-natured inspires personal growth and a desire to be a better person. The people who make up the GLOBIS community were the highlight for me, personally.
Yes! I find myself thinking more deeply on my day-to-day functionalities. Learning to view business decisions from a diverse range of perspectives allows me to empathise with my colleagues better and more quickly.
I also feel more empowered to take on my personal goals that felt too intimidating in the past. By understanding others’ journeys (as professionals and individuals), my viewpoint has transformed into excitement and an overall positive outlook on my future.
