Biography

Akira has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. Over the course of ten years, he held positions as a switch engineer, project manager, and corporate solutions consultant.

Akira joined GLOBIS in 2003 and has worked primarily in consulting and advisory services for organizational development and human resource management. He has also managed and led the global solutions team. For more than fifteen years, his work has helped multinational companies across the automotive, electrical, food, pharmaceutical, distribution, and trade industries.

Within the Faculty Group Office, Akira is responsible for developing English faculty and strengthening content development. As a faculty member, he teaches corporate training sessions on leadership, organizational transformation, business planning, and problem-solving.
