Biography

Noriyuki Ito works as an analyst, management advisor, and domestic startup investor for IPOs at Dream Incubator Inc. He has also previously worked for Rakuten Group, Inc. and an education startup.

Noriyuki is an experienced investor, having supported a wide range of business ventures in areas such as fintech, D2C, drones, and the metaverse. His investment portfolio boasts more than a dozen companies, including COVER Corporation; Slogan, Inc.; BABY JOB Co., Ltd.; Biophilia Inc.; RiceWine, Inc.; SISI CO., Ltd.; 400F, Inc.; GLOBA, Inc., and Brandit, Inc. He also provides management support for executives of invested companies. As a lead investor, Noriyuki has advised executives and helped them to raise billions of yen, formed capital and business alliances with major listed companies, and built organizational structures with a focus on going public.

In 2021, he participated in the DIMENSION Fund, an MBO from Dream Incubator Inc.
He is committed to revitalizing Japan’s economy by supporting aspiring entrepreneurs.

At GLOBIS, Noriyuki teaches Venture Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, and Critical Thinking. In 2023, he wrote a book entitled: Practical Theory of Startup Entrepreneurship: A Venture Capitalist’s Guide to Success.
