This course provides business strategy at a practical level for those who aim to learn how to discover business opportunities and develop business strategies that are unique to venture creation and understand the challenges of business growth and the essentials of business implementation. Although the central theme is strategy, students are expected to have various knowledge of the MBA courses.
The course is intended for those who are interested in starting their own business in the future, those involved or wishing to be involved in launching a new business, and those currently involved or wishing to be involved in managing a venture company.
