Tatsuya Kobayashi is a lecturer at GLOBIS University and senior consultant for GLOBIS Corporate Education. As a consultant, he works with the global training team, where he is in charge of organizing leadership development projects for various companies across industries, including retail, medicine, and trade. Tatsuya also holds training sessions for corporate clients on business strategy, marketing, leadership, and action learning, among other topics.
At the start of his career, Tatsuya joined the marketing division of Procter & Gamble Japan after graduating from Keio University. Later, he was promoted to head of brand management at the company’s Asia office in Singapore, where he oversaw marketing for twelve countries in the region.
