Her industry expertise ranges from fashion and children’s entertainment to recruiting and human capital development. She serves as an external auditor for CaSy, a prominent housekeeping startup in Japan.
At GLOBIS University, she teaches finance and accounting courses. Following her commitment to bringing the joy of collaboration to diverse peoples and societies, she also lectures for Cross Cultural Management, as well as Power and Influence. In addition, she speaks and writes about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
