Biography:
Megumi Taoka has unique experience in financial reporting and control for global companies in London, New York, and Tokyo. Her industry expertise ranges from fashion and children's entertainment to recruiting and human capital development. Following her commitment to bringing the joy of collaboration to people and societies with differences, she teaches Cross-cultural Management and Power and Influence on top of all Accounting courses. In addition, she occasionally speaks and writes about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She serves as an external auditor for CaSy, a prominent housekeeping service startup in Japan.
