On May 20, GLOBIS University celebrated the latest batch of Part-time MBA graduates, consisting of 48 members from 15 countries. Graduates in attendance were joined by friends and family at our Tokyo campus for a cheery Sunday morning ceremony.
The first to receive her diploma was Eunmi Kim, recipient of the Award for Academic Excellence, who later spoke on the hurdles of commuting to Japan over 120 times during her MBA, as she moved to Seoul during her studies. Australian graduate Shane McGrath also captivated the audience with his speech explaining the true meaning of "getting out what you put in."
Most of this year's graduates entered in 2016, where they committed to the motto of Three Gs: Group together, Grow together, and Graduate together. The last G may now be complete, but the remaining Gs will remain important as the graduates join a growing international community of GLOBIS MBA alumni on the road to achieving their personal missions.
Congratulations from all GLOBIS staff, and we look forward to your future success!
